Instructions

Step 1
Boil water in a kettle. Pour 1 cup of water into a container on top of the vegatable cube stock. Give it a mix so that the cube dissolves.

Step 2
Add 1 cup of couscous. Add sesame oil to taste. Let it sit for about 10 min. Note: some recipes as for 5 parts of water per part of couscous. I find that the vegetables may release some liquid, and so I recommend a 1:1. Check if the texture is to your taste, you can always add more water if it isn't.

Step 4
Once the couscous is ready and no water remains, give it a mix to separate the granules and help it cool down. Add raisins, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds to taste. It probably won't need any more salt, but double check.
