BISCOFF & MILKYBAR BANANA BREAD โค๏ธ๐ฅ๐๐. Oh, you thought my Biscoff & mini egg banana bread was good? Well let me introduce you to the Milkybar version ๐.
The banana bread has a Biscoff spread swirl, crumbled Biscoff biscuits and melty Milkybar mini eggs ๐คค. Oh my!
As always, it contains no additional sugar as the bananas, Biscoff spread and Milkybar eggs provide enough sweetness.

Recipe:
โค๏ธ Peel 2 ripe bananas, add to a bowl then mash with a fork.
๐ฅ Add 1 large egg, 150ml milk (any) & 1 tsp vanilla paste/extract. Mix well.
๐ Blend 100g rolled oats in a food processor & add to the bowl. Add 100g self raising flour, then mix until combined.
๐ Roughly crumble 80g Milkybar eggs (or another white chocolate of your choice) and a couple of Biscoff biscuits, then stir into the batter.
โค๏ธ Grease/line a cake or loaf tin, then spoon in half of the batter.
๐ฅ Melt 1 heaped tbsp Biscoff spread for a few seconds in the microwave, then pour half of the spread over the batter.
๐ Add the rest of the batter on top, then spoon over the remaining Biscoff spread and swirl into the batter using a skewer/knife.
๐ Scatter over a few more Milkybar eggs on top if desired.
โค๏ธ Air fry at 170C for 30-35 mins. If you have a bake setting on your air fryer use this, otherwise the regular air fryer setting is fine. You can check if it is cooked by inserting a skewer/sharp knife into the centre which should come out clean.
๐ฅ Alternatively oven bake at 170C fan/190C for 35-40 mins.
๐ Once baked, drizzle over some more melted Biscoff spread.
โค๏ธ Either serve immediately (it's particularly good served warm while the Milkybar eggs are melty ๐คค) or allow to cool completely on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container. Enjoy!
