BISCOFF & MILKYBAR BANANA BREAD ❀️πŸ₯šπŸŒπŸž

BISCOFF & MILKYBAR BANANA BREAD ❀️πŸ₯šπŸŒπŸž. Oh, you thought my Biscoff & mini egg banana bread was good? Well let me introduce you to the Milkybar version 😍. The banana bread has a Biscoff spread swirl, crumbled Biscoff biscuits and melty Milkybar mini eggs 🀀. Oh my! As always, it contains no additional sugar as the bananas, Biscoff spread and Milkybar eggs provide enough sweetness. Save this and get baking πŸ˜‹. Recipe: ❀️ Peel 2 ripe bananas, add to a bowl then mash with a fork. πŸ₯š Add 1 large egg, 150ml milk (any) & 1 tsp vanilla paste/extract. Mix well. 🍌 Blend 100g rolled oats in a food processor & add to the bowl. Add 100g self raising flour, then mix until combined. 🍞 Roughly crumble 80g Milkybar eggs (or another white chocolate of your choice) and a couple of Biscoff biscuits, then stir into the batter. ❀️ Grease/line a cake or loaf tin, then spoon in half of the batter. πŸ₯š Melt 1 heaped tbsp Biscoff spread for a few seconds in the microwave, then pour half of the spread over the batter. 🍌 Add the rest of the batter on top, then spoon over the remaining Biscoff spread and swirl into the batter using a skewer/knife. 🍞 Scatter over a few more Milkybar eggs on top if desired. ❀️ Air fry at 170C for 30-35 mins. If you have a bake setting on your air fryer use this, otherwise the regular air fryer setting is fine. You can check if it is cooked by inserting a skewer/sharp knife into the centre which should come out clean. πŸ₯š Alternatively oven bake at 170C fan/190C for 35-40 mins. 🍌 Once baked, drizzle over some more melted Biscoff spread. ❀️ Either serve immediately (it's particularly good served warm while the Milkybar eggs are melty 🀀) or allow to cool completely on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container. Enjoy!
