Instructions

Step 1
Heavily salt the water and add the pasta

slice the garlic and fresh parsley
Step 3
Slice mushrooms
Step 4
Add a drizzle of oil into a pan and add the mushrooms

Add the garlic and then cook to preference
Step 6
Add veg stock and coconut milk
Step 7
Add the black pepper and then all three cheeses
Step 8
Add in your pasta and parlsey, continuously stirring
Step 9
Pop the lid on for 5-10 mins which will thicken the sauce.
