Step 1
To make the spicy garlic butter parmesan pasta: Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water with a tablespoon instant bouillon according to package directions. When the pasta is finished cooking, reserve about 1/4 cup of the pasta water, then drain the rest.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil and melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced garlic and hot sauce and cook for 2 minutes, stirring regularly, until it has started to turn golden brown and fragrant. Make sure not to burn the garlic, otherwise the dish will taste bitter.
Step 3
Turn the heat to low and add the pasta. Quickly toss the pasta into the spicy garlic butter, then add reserved pasta water, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Finally, toss the pasta into the spicy garlic butter sauce with tongs to coat well.
Step 4
Adjust seasoning with black pepper if necessary. Sprinkle the pasta with more fresh chopped parsley and parmesan, if you like. Serve the spicy garlic butter parmesan pasta immediately. Enjoy!
