Instructions
Step 1
Blend the banana with milk, baking powder, sugar and salt
Step 2
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and add the egg yolk to the wet ingredients
Step 3
Mix the wet ingredients with flour and set aside
Step 4
Add the salt to the egg whites and beat until soft peaks
Step 5
Add the egg whites into the batter and stir
Step 6
Pour the batter into muffin tins top with chopped walnuts and banana chips
Step 7
Bake at 355°F/180°C for 20 minutes
