Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175?C.
Step 2
Line a baking tin with baking paper.
Step 3
Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Step 4
In a food processor, blend the banana, honey, almond butter and eggs until smooth.
Step 5
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients to form a dough.
Step 6
Pour the mix into the lined baking tin and spread evenly.
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 8
Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 2 hours, then chop into bars.
