Mushroom Cream Sauce 🍄 (via: ) Ingredients: * 400g brown and white mushrooms * 1 large onion * 2 grated garlic cloves * 2 tablespoons oil * 1 tsp butter * 250ml vegetable broth * 200ml light cream * 2 tbsp parsley, chopped * Salt, pepper, paprika powder To thicken, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and a little water. Preparation: * Clean the mushrooms, cut off a little of the stalk, and slice them. * Heat the oil and butter in a pan, and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. * Then, fry the mushroom slices. * Deglaze with vegetable broth. * Mix well and add the cream. * Simmer over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. * Add pepper, paprika powder, and salt. * To thicken, mix cornstarch with water and add it. * Also, stir in half of the parsley and sprinkle the other half over it before serving.
