Instructions

Step 1
Dice peppers, mushrooms and water chestnut. Slice green onion and separate white from green portions.
Step 2
In large skillet heat 1 Tbsp cooking oil. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Step 3
On the side mix together coconut aminos and following ingredients to make stir fry sauce.
Step 4
Push chicken to one side of skillet and add another tsp cooking oil. Add white parts of green onion, pepper, mushrooms, garlic and sauté until softened.
Step 5
Stir in water chestnuts and green parts of onion. Stir fry 30 seconds.
Step 6
Stir together all ingredients, add stir fry sauce.
Step 7
Remove pan from heat and add hoisin sauce.
