Instructions
Step 1
SAUTE. Add broth, hot sauce, chicken, and 4 tbsp butter. Stir occasionally until steamy.
Step 2
Stir in macaroni and cook until simmering. CANCEL.
Step 3
PRESSURE COOK, LOW, 3 minutes. Quick release.
Step 4
Whisk half-and-half, flour, and spices in a small bowl until smooth. SAUTE. Stir in slurry and cook for about a minute, or until bubbling and thickened.
Step 5
Stir in cheese. CANCEL. Remove the insert and continue stirring until the cheese has melted. Add 1 tbsp of butter and stir until combined.
Step 6
Serve. Top with green onion.
