Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°.
Step 2
Once oven is preheated, place butter in 9 x 13 baking dish OR 12 inch cast iron pan. Put in the oven until the butter melts.
Step 3
While the butter is melting, combine the remaining in a blender and blend until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Remove hot pan from oven once butter is fully melted. Pour batter in. It will be thin.
Step 5
Return to oven for 17-20 minutes. Pancake is done when it has begun puffing up and browning a bit on top.
