1 lbmeatballs
1 cupbread crumbs
1 cupwater
hot
½ cupoil
salt
chilli flakes
black pepper
Dry basil
Dry oregano
dry parsley
2cloves garlic
crushed

Instructions
Step 1
Add hot water and oil to crumbs let sit till it absorbs add meat and spices and mix
Step 2
Place the meat mixture in fridge for around half an hour to settle (makes it easier to form to balls )
Step 3
Add finely chopped onion to a pot with hot oil on medium high heat and sauté
Step 4
Add brown sugar and paprika and mix it and let cook for a bit
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and sauce and all the spices to taste and simmer for a bit
Step 6
Drop the heat to low and add the meat balls in the sauce and let cook for around 50 min to an hour
