Instructions
Step 1
Cut squash and take out the seeds

Drizzle with olive oil, and salt, and put in oven for 40+min at 420F
Step 3
When soft enough to stick knife in, peel the squash, dice it and blend it into soup, adding the broth to get the right consistency and curry to get the flavor you like
