Ingredients
6 servings

1 packagewild rice
cooked as directed on box

3chicken breasts
cooked and diced

4green onions
diced

1red bell pepper
chopped

1 bunchasparagus
blanched and cut

2avocados
small, chopped

1 cuptoasted slivered almonds

⅓ cuprice vinegar

⅓ cupvegetable oil

2cloves garlic
minced

1 tablespoondijon mustard

½ tspsalt

1 tspsugar

¼ tsppepper
Instructions
Step 1
Mix cooled rice with other ingredients up to asparagus. Mix vinegar through pepper in blender for dressing. Toss with salad. Add avaocado sprinkled with 2 tablespoons lemon juice just before serving. Serve chilled.
