0.25red onion

0.25roma tomato
cubed
1 cupsspring mix
1 tablespoonsKalamata olives
sliced
1 tsplemon vinaigrette dressing
1 tablespoontzatziki
1 tablespoonsfeta cheese
Greek style
0.13 lbsAtlantic Salmon
cubed
2 table spoonsolive oil
1 teaspoonground pepper
½ teaspoonchili powder
¼ teaspoontumeric powder
1 teaspooncumin powder
1 teaspoonsalt
2 teaspoonminced garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Season cubed salmon with spices and olive oil. Cook over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes until salmon is fully cooked
Step 2
Set salmon aside to cool down a little
Step 3
While salmon is cooking, toss Spring mix, tomato, onions, cucumber, olives, and lemon vinaigrette
Step 4
Add cooked salmon to salad
Step 5
sprinkle feta cheese over salad
Step 6
top with a dollop of tzatziki
