Ingredients

½ cuppeanut butter
creamy or chunky

2 tablespoonssoy sauce
coconut aminos for gluten-free

1 tablespoonminced ginger

2cloves garlic
minced

2 tablespoonsrice vinegar

1 teaspoonsriracha sauce

1 teaspoonmaple syrup

½ cuppasta water
hot

1 lbspaghetti

2 headsbroccoli
medium, steamed

1 lbshrimp
steamed

green onions
thinly sliced

shrimp

broccoli
Instructions
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
Step 3
Gently stir water into peanut sauce mixture then pour over pasta and toss to coat well.
Step 4
Add shrimp and broccoli
Step 5
Serve with green onion garish and extra sriracha as desired.
