Step 1
1. Add chickpeas and the aquafaba(leave out about 4 tsp, otherwise it will be too liquid) into a measuring jug.
Step 2
2. Add tahini, paprika powder, cumin, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper and olive oil.
Step 3
3. Mix everything until smooth and garnish with paprika powder and sesame. If you like, you can add some whole chickpeas too.
