Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Step 2
Cook mince and brown onion. Add seasoning according to packet instructions. Add the corn kernels to the meat mixture and spread over prepared pizza base. Top with grated cheese.
Step 3
Bake for 8 minutes, remove from oven and stick corn chips in the pizza. Bake for another 3 – 4 minutes.
Step 4
To make guacamole, mix avocado, sour cream, sweet chilli, red onion and tomato together. Dollop over cooked pizza.
