Instructions
Step 1
Combine lamb, chilli, hoi sin sauce, sherry and garlic in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
Place noodles in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok, add lamb mixture, stir fry until browned all over. Set aside.
Step 4
Heat remaining oil in the wok, add broccoli/bok choi, stir-fry until lightly cooked.
Step 5
Stir in blended corn flour, water, soy sauce and peanut butter. Stir until mixture boils and thickens.
Step 6
Add meat and noodles. Stir until heated through.
