Instructions

Step 1
Stir 2 cups gf flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt. Set aside.
Step 2
Stir 1/2 c olive oil or melted butter, 3/4 c coconut sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 T vanilla, 1/2 c plain yogurt, and 1 cup starter or discard.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients. Fold in quartered strawberries.
Step 4
Use two greased loaf pans.
Step 5
Top with 8 halved strawberries and sugar.
Step 6
Bake 45 to 55 minutes on 350.
Step 7
Toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8
Let cool for ten minutes before removing from pan.
