Broccoli and Carrots with Garlic Oil

Ingredients
4 servings
2 cbaby carrots
quartered lengthwise
3 cbroccoli florets
1 Tbspolive oil
1clove garlic
minced
2 Tbsporange zest
1 tspspicy lemon herb seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Fill large sauce pot with 1” of hot water; place steamer basket or metal strainer into sauce pot (water should not touch bottom of steamer). Cover, heat to a boil over high heat. Add carrots to steamer basket; cover and cook 1 minute. Add broccoli, cover and cook 2 minutes or until vegetable are tender-crisp. If water boils away, add additional water as necessary. In large skillet; heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, orange zest and seasoning; cook 30 seconds or until garlic is golden brown, stirring frequently and being careful not to let garlic burn. Remove skillet from heat; add broccoli and carrots and toss to coat. Makes 4 cups.
