“Frandura” is an Italian crispy and think “cake” made with vegetables and a layer of cheesy batter. Traditionally it is made with a base of potatoes but today I want to show you an easy recipe with fennel instead! 😍 It is the perfect idea for a quick and easy dinner 😋

Step 1
Cut your fennels into thin slices and place them on a baking tray previously covered with a drizzle of oil. In the meantime, in a bowl mix milk, flour and a pinch of salt, add the batter on top of your fennels, finish with some grated cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes or until nice and crispy (190C).
