Instructions

Step 1
Melt peanut butter on a pan or in the microwave then let cook for a minute

Break up the rice cakes into little pieces in a bowl then add in the peanut butter and mix to combine

Melt the chocolate with coconut oil then use cupcake cases in a cupcake tray and brush them all over with a thick layer of chocolate . I use silicone cupcake cases but foil works too . Freeze ten minutes

Spoon the rice cake mix into the chocolate cupcake tray then pour the rest of the melted chocolate on top and freeze another 20 minutes . Enjoy
