Cinnamon spiced lamb kebabs with yoghurt and pita

Instructions

Step 1
Zest and juice 1 lemon. Combine zest, juice, spices, garlic powder and lamb in a large bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate. Thread lamb onto 8 metal skewers.
Step 2
Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan on medium-high heat. Grill kebabs for 3 minutes on each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, juice half of the remaining lemon. Cut remaining half into wedges. Toss cucumber, onion, mint, lemon juice and oil in a bowl.
Step 4
Spread pita with half of the yoghurt. Top with salad and kebabs. Sprinkle kebabs and remaining yoghurt with extra cinnamon. Serve kebabs with yoghurt and lemon wedges.
