Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl cover steaks with souvlaki seasoning, then layer a little red wine vinegar and garlic between each steak.
Step 2
Let your meat marinate for at least 2 hours.
Step 3
Cook in a frying pan with olive oil on medium until each side has a nice crust.
Step 4
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice on a bias.
Step 5
Cut sourdough into slices, and spread mayo on both pieces of bread.
Step 6
Layer steak, add some feta, close your Sandwhich, and slice in half.
