Instructions

Place the margarine and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir so that the peanut butter and butter is well combined. Microwave for another 2 minutes. If it starts boiling, it's done Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and mix into a smooth fudge. Transfer to a square parchment lined dish and smooth down with a spoon. block of fudge out with the parchment paper and Place into the fridge to set. Once the fudge has set, lift the whole cut into small squares.
