Step 1
Bake sausage until done.

Add ketchup, water, sugar, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, onion, vinegar and cornstarch to a pot; let simmer.

Step 3
Mix ½ cup water and chili powder and add to pot.

Pour sauce over sausage.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour.
