Preheat oven to 375F

In a large mixing bowl, add: 2lbs of ground beef, 2 packets of Lipton onion soup mix, some parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, 1 cup of crushed up ritz crackers, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 a chopped white onion, and crack in two eggs.

Step 3
Before mixing that big meatloaf bowl together, make your glaze. In a smaller bowl, add 1.5 cups of ketchup, a table spoon of Worcestershire sauce, and half a cup of brown sugar. Mix this all together to create a nice brown glaze.

Now mix your big bowl of meatloaf together and form it into a loaf.
Step 5
Do this by taking a baking dish, putting chopped up potatoes and baby carrots and the bottom, and topping these with the meatloaf mix from the big bowl.

Finally add the bowl of glaze to the top of the meatloaf.
Step 7
Cook for 1 hour at 375F.
