Instructions

Step 1
Mix salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, thyme, oregano, paprika, chili powder and chicken breasts together
Step 2
Heat 25g of butter in a pan. Cook chicken 3-4 minutes each side then set aside.
Step 3
Chopped onion and garlic in pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add seasoning mix and then basmati rice. Mix and cook until fluffy.
Step 5
For creamy sauce: add butter to a pan, 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning. Toast it.
Step 6
Then add 250 ml milk, 150g light cream cheese, 40g of parmesan cheese, and stir until thick and creamy.
Step 7
Serve sauce over chicken and rice.
