Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
To a small bowl add the ingredients and mix well.

Veggies and fruits

Slice the onion.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the pineapple and onion slices. Fry for about 1,5min then flip.

Drizzle on the teriyaki sauce and fry for another 1,5min.

Burger patty

Step 5
From the meat to a ball. The ball then press flat with your hand and form.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the burger patty. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for 1,5-2min. Then flip.
Step 7
Again season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese slice on top and let melt for another 1,5-2min.

Burger

Step 8
Cut the burger bun in half. Toast it in the same pan where the meat was fried, until golden brown.
Step 9
Spread the bottom half with the sauce.
Step 10
Top it with the salad, burger patty, pineapple and onion slices.
Step 11
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
