Step 1
Add 2 cups of water into a medium pot until boiling, add Better than Bouillon, chopped tofu, broccoli, and Hoisin sauce






Noodles
Step 2
Add 3 cups of water into a medium pot until boiling, reduce heat and add noodles.


Assemble
Step 3
Strain and add noodles to a large bowl
Step 4
Add cooked tofu, broccoli, and veggie broth to bowl
Step 5
Top with Sriracha and Hoisin sauce
Step 6
Optional, add bean sprouts and mint ontop
