Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Once they start to sizzle, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until beginning to soften. Add the salad onions, garlic and chilli and cook for 2 minutes more.
Step 2
Add the spices and salt. Cook on high for 5-6 minutes, then add the broccoli, cook for 5-6 minutes more.
Step 3
Add the harissa paste, prawns the cooked rice and chickpeas, and add 2-3 tbsp water to loosen. Mix together well and cook until the rice is piping hot.
