Instant Pot Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Recipe cooks the noodles to al dente. But my family likes them a bit softer so I tend to extend the time by 3-4 minutes. Cook to your liking.

Add frozen veggies or sub noodles for protein noodles or veggie noodles for added nutrition

Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients except milk, cheese and cornstarch m to Instant Pot.
Step 2
Mix well and make sure everything is submerged
Step 3
Set pot is to “Sealed” (non-exhaust)
Step 4
Cook on high for 8-9 minutes for al dente noodles or 12 for softer noodles.
Step 5
Release pressure. Create your cornstarch slurry by combining 1 tbsp cornstarch to 1 tbsp of water mixed well. Set aside.
Step 6
Add in your milk, cornstarch slurry and cheese.
Step 7
Mix well until combined and sauce thickens. Serve!
