Step 1
Combine all the sauce ingredients above together and pour half over the pork and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Sauté the onion and 1 tbsp of garlic. Push aside and add 2 tbsp oil and cook the pork for 2 minutes. Turn it over and pour the remainder of the sauce. Add bay leaves then cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Add quail eggs and cook for 10 more minutes. Remove the lid and cook on medium heat for additional 5 minutes until the sauce reduces to your liking.
