Step 1
1. Coat the chicken in the flour, paprika and seasoning.
Step 2
2. Flash cook in the butter on a hot pan for 1-2 mins each side (you can skip this and step 1 and add the breast to the slowcooker)
Step 3
3. Add onion, sundried tomatoes, oregano, tyme, tomato paste, chicken stock to the slowcooker. Slowcook all day for 4 hours on low, or cook on high for 2 hours
Step 4
4. Stir in double cream and basil for the last 10 mins
Step 5
Serve with fries/pasta and greens
