Instructions

Step 1
Start off by mixing Greek yogurt and self rising flour to reach a dough like consistency. It will be sticky, I recommend using some olive oil on your hands to help knead and roll it out to your desired thickness.
Step 2
After you have your dough rolled out, blend together the cottage cheese and taco seasoning to make a sauce
Step 3
Add whatever toppings you desire but mine are above!
Step 4
Cook in the oven on a cookie sheet or parchment paper @ 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
