Instructions
Step 1
Peel and finely slice garlic cloves

Add a glob of butter to the pan and once melted add the garlic, frying it lightly

Add the vegetable broth
Step 4
Peel and chop the potatoes and add them into the broth
Step 5
Cook until the potatoes are soft
Step 6
Blend the soup and then return to a low heat
Step 7
Add 200ml of whipping cream and season with salt and pepper
Step 8
Chop some parsley as a garnish and serve with bread
