Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut your veggies into bite-sized portions, making sure there is at least one flat edge to them

Step 2
In a frying pan, add a lump of butter, followed by the slow-cooking veggies (such as the brocoli), making sure the flat edge is facing inwards towards the pan. Fry until the underside starts to brown

Step 3
Once the slow-cooking veggies have started to brown, add the quick-cooking veggies (such as the mushrooms) to the pan, followed by the broth and garlic powder

Step 4
Stir the contents of the pan to make sure each veggie is evenly coated with broth and garlic powder, then cover the frying pan with a lid (or an aluminum plate) and let the veggies steam until they reach a desired texture

Step 5
While the veggies are steaming, add water and salt to a pot and bring to a boil

Step 6
Once the water is boiling, add the pasta to the pot, cover, and let them cook until they reach the desired texture, stiring occasionally so the pasta doesn't stick to the pot

Step 7
Strain the water from the pasta, and the remaining broth from the veggies

Step 8
Once everything is cooked to the right texture, add the veggies to the pasta, followed by the Alfredo sauce, and mix well. Add any other spices to get the desired taste
