Parmesan French Fries - Air Fry Everything

Step 1
1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil on the
stovetop while you peel and cut the potatoes. Blanch the potatoes
in the boiling salted water for 4 minutes while you pre-heat the ar
fryer to 400°F / 200c. Strain the potatoes and rinse them with cold wate
Dry them well with a clean kitchen towel.
GLUTEN
FRE
2 to 3 large russet potatoes
peeled and cut into 12-inch sticks
2 teaspoons vegetable or canola oil
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
2. Toss the dried potato sticks gently with the oil and place
them in the air fryer basket. Air-fry for 25 minutes, shaking the
basket a few times while the fries cook to help them brown eveny
3 . Combine the Parmesan cheese, salt and peper. ith 2 minutes
left on the air fryer cooking time, sprinkle the fries with the
Parmesan cheese mixture. Toss the fries to coat them evenly witt
the cheese mixture and continue to air-fry for the final 2 minutes
until the cheese has metted and just starts to brown. Sprinkle the
finished fries with chopped parsley, a lttle more grated Parmesan
cheese if you like, and serve.
