Pad See Ew (Tofu)

PAD SEE EW 🇹🇭 I can’t wait to eat all these foods in Thailand but as long as I’m still here, I’m making it like that!😋 Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (3 servings, 20min prep time): -200g flat wide rice noodles Prepare according to the packaging instructions -2 cloves garlic -350g of your favourite vegan chicken or tofu Sauté in some oil for 3mins. -2 heads pak Choi Also sauté for 3-4mins. Then remove from the wok. Sauce: -4 Tsp dark soy sauce -3 Tbsp sweet soy sauce -2 Tbsp light soy sauce -4 Tsp sugar Mix. Fry the noodles in some oil for 2mins. Add the rest and stir fry 2-3more minutes. Serve. - PAD SEE EW 🇹🇭 Ich kann es kaum erwarten, all diese Gerichte in Thailand zu essen, aber solange ich noch hier bin, mache ich es so!😋 Viel Liebe Maya ✨ REZEPT (3 Portionen, 20 Minuten Zubereitungszeit): -200g flache, breite Reisnudeln Gemäß der Verpackungsanleitung zubereiten -2 Knoblauchzehen -350 g dein liebstes veganes Hühnchen oder Tofu In etwas Öl 3 Minuten anbraten. -2 Köpfe Pak Choi Auch 3–4 Minuten anbraten. Anschließend aus dem Wok nehmen. Soße: -4 TL dunkle Sojasauce -3 EL süße Sojasauce -2 EL helle Sojasauce -4 TL Zucker Mischen. Die Nudeln in etwas Öl 2 Minuten anbraten. Den Rest hinzufügen und weitere 2–3 Minuten rühren. Aufschlag.
