Ingredients
6 servings
16 ozfrozen broccoli
or stir-fry vegetables
1 x 10 ozcream of mushroom soup
can
⅓ cupmilk
¾ tspdried dill
2 cupsseafood
cooked, such as crab, salmon, shrimp, and/or halibut
1 cupshredded Swiss cheese
1 crust (15-oz. pkg.) Refrigerated pie crust. 1 crust
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 deg. F.
Step 2
Cut up any large pieces of vegetables.
Step 3
In a large saucepan, combine soup, milk, and dill.
Step 4
Stir in vegetables and seafood.
Step 5
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Stir in cheese.
Step 7
Pour mixture into an 8x8" baking dish.
Step 8
Unfold the pastry and center it on top of the seafood mixture. Fold overhanging wedges up over the top. Make a few slits in the top.
Step 9
Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
