Instructions
Step 1
In a 9X13 casserole dish add the soup, sour cream, 4 tbsp melted butter, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
Step 2
Add in the frozen potatoes and stir until all the ingredients are incorporated. Smooth off the top.
Step 3
In a plastic bag add the corn flakes and 4 tbsp melted butter. Shake until the corn flakes are evenly coated.
Step 4
Pour the corn flakes on top of the casserole and coat evenly.
Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes.
