Step 1
Pour some 50 tbsp oil into a non-stick frying pan. Fry boiled eggs and tofu until slightly browned. Lift and drain.




Step 2
Saute ground spices with lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaves and galangal. Add ebi, enough water, tofu and eggs. Stir well.









Step 3
Add long beans and cabbage. Pour in coconut milk, cook until it boils. Add chili slices. Stir briefly. Remove and serve egg tofu curry.
