Step 1
Cut the chicken into small cubes
Step 2
Add frylite to a heated pan and add the chicken along with the ltalian herbs and allow to cook fully.

while the chicken is cooking, bring salted water to the boil in another pot and then add the pasta to cook.

4. Chop the tomatoes and mozzarella
Step 5
Add a drop of the pasta water to the chicken and then add the tomatoes to the pan and allow to cook together
Step 6
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and then add it to the cooked chicken mixture. Add the pesto and mix well.
Step 7
Finally, add the rocket and mozzarella and mix everything together until well combined.
