Step 1
Cook the chicken on a pan with a little bit of bbq seasoning until cooked through
Step 2
Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, chop into cubes and season them with seasoning of choice (I used bbq) and cook in oven/air fryer until crispy.
Step 3
Cut the tortilla into triangles, spray it with fry lite, season with bbg and cook in the oven until crispy and golden brown.
Step 4
Assemble the plate by adding the vegetables first as the base, and the topping it with cooked chicken, potatoes, tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole.
