Instructions

Step 1
Reheat your air fryer at 180C or you can do them in a frying pan on low to medium heat.
Step 2
Combine the yogurt and flour with the seasoning until it forms a dough, if its too dry add a little bit of yogurt if its too wet add a bit more flour.
Step 3
Once you are happy with the dough, cut it into 8 balls, roll each ball and flatten them as much as possible.
Step 4
Add your tomato purée to the base, then cheese or any topping you prefer. I did bacon and cheese.
Step 5
Use your fingers to pinch the sides towards the middle and seal it, then flip it over and flatten them gently. You can add a sprinkle of more seasoning if you want, which is what I did with the Italian herbs
Step 6
Place them in the air fryer or pan with a lid of for 5- 6mins until done or until you are happy with them.
