Step 1
Add fry lite to a pan over medium-high heat and fry bacon medallions until cooked through.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the egg, egg whites and salt and pepper. Scramble this in a pot over medium heat.
Step 3
Heat the croissant for 20-30 sec in the microwave and then cut it in half.
Step 4
Add the cooked bacon medallions, then the egg mixture
Step 5
Top with more salt & pepper and herbs of choice.
