Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Step 2
Cut potato in cubes and then bake for 30-40 minutes until brown and soft.
Step 3
Heat a fry pan with oil and add beef. Cook until browned.

Prep vegetables, and steam (or cook as preferred).
Step 5
Serve potato with beef and vegetables.
