Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the protein powder, egg whites, no cal drops and espresso until well combined.
Step 2
Heat a pan and add a few sprays of frylite.
Step 3
Dip the bread slices into the liquid mixture and coat it fully on both sides
Step 4
Place the bread on the pan and allow it to cook on both sides.
Step 5
Add one slice to a plate and top with ½ the yogurt and ½ of the Highlights hot chocolate powder.
Step 6
Place the other slice on top and repeat with the remaining yogurt and hot choc powder.
