Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together ground oats, whey, baking powder, sweetener drops, almond milk and egg whites until well combined.
Step 2
Spray a ramekin with frylite and pour in the mixture.
Step 3
Place in the oven at 180C for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
Step 4
In the meantime, chop the apple into small pieces and add it to a pot with a little bit of frylite and cinnamon until soften. Mix the PB powder with a drop of water to form a liquid.
Step 5
Once the oats are cooked, top with the cooked apple, yogurt, PB and cinnamon.
