Instructions

Step 1
Toast the cashews on medium heat on a dry pan until they start to turn golden .
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a food processor with salt and pepper then pulse a few times until the mixture is blended a little bit but still chunky . Store in the fridge in a sterilized sealed container for up to two weeks
